Liquids bead up and roll off, unable to adhere to the surface. The Eco-Seal barrier blocks moisture and limits stains, mold and aging, preserving the appearance of the surface.
THE TECHNOLOGY
IMPREGNATION VS. SEALING
Impregnation is a protective treatment that penetrates deep into absorbent (porous) materials, making them water-repellent from the inside out. Unlike a sealant, it does not form a layer on the surface.
The result: water beads off and dirt does not stick, but the material stays fully breathable. Moisture from inside can still escape, and the surface keeps its natural look.

Our products are engineered to withstand harsh environmental conditions and high-pressure cleaning. Lifespan depends on how much use and exposure the surface gets. For example, treated floors in a heavy foot-traffic area might last 3–6 years, while a floor or wall that gets very little traffic can last up to 15 years.
